Meet the Team

The LoanScorecard™ team not only has great engineers and technology experts, but is driven by people with extensive backgrounds in the mortgage industry. Technical expertise, industry knowledge and an exceptional commitment to customer support have laid the foundation for LoanScorecard to become the leading provider of mortgage automation software in the industry.

	Benjamin Wu, Executive Director Ben Wu has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and is one of the founding members of CalyxSoftware. As a proponent of industry standards, Mr. Wu's contributions have led to Calyx being awarded the Synergy Award as well as multiple Top 50 Service Provider awards from Mortgage Technology. Presently, Mr. Wu serves as Executive Director of Technology at LoanScorecard, a leading provider of automated decisioning solutions, working with industry constituents to understand their strategic, operational, and regulatory challenges. With the advent of ATR, Mr. Wu brought to market the first automated QM assessment tool. Since then, Mr. Wu actively works with participants in the non-agency space, to address concerns and opportunities related to automated underwriting, loan pricing, credit risk models, and portfolio management. Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford.
	Allen Meigide, Director of Operations Allen Meigide has more than 30 years of experience in the computer software industry. His career with CalyxSoftware began in 1997 and in 2010 Allen moved to the role of Operations Director at LoanScorecard (a Calyx subsidiary). His integrity and commitment to quality and customer service have enabled him to achieve tremendous success in multiple positions and areas of responsibility. In addition to his current position at LoanScorecard, Mr. Meigide has held multiple senior level positions in business administration, national sales and vendor management, customer service management, and business development. Allen attended Riverside Community College and Cal State University Fullerton, with emphasis on computer technology, production operations and business administration.
	Miranda Moog, Product Director Miranda Moog is Product Director for LoanScorecard. She has been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years working for major lenders such as Washington Mutual, with experience in lending from origination to servicing. She has implemented new systems, improved existing systems and uses her business knowledge to ensure customer needs are met.
	Lanh Nguyen, Technology Director Lanh Nguyen has been working with LoanScorecard since the acquisition by CalyxSoftware in 2010. He is currently the Technology Director and is responsible for the engineering perspective of all LoanScorecard product development, systems support, and integrations.
